A beautiful little spot, sheltered from wind
Imagine waking up every morning with a view like this. Well... we don't have to imagine, since this *is* the view from the bedroom

Since the house is built on a steep hill, the bathroom and bedroom are upstairs and the living's downstairs. These are the steps down toward the living

The lawn. It's reasonably sheltered from the northerlies I think (well at least we don't get the full blast here - the southerlies are a different story however). Expect mucho barbecueing here
