Our last day Wellington
driving around
More sightseeing, but we venture out further. We drive around the various bays and beaches and visit a nice surfshop at Lyall Bay.
We cross Wellington, drive through a very nice neighbourhood called Brooklyn and have a spectacular view from the hill on top of which they built a huge wind turbine.
Dan's sister Katie and her husband Andrew join us for a wonderful dinner prepared by Dan's mom, and at night we go on a guided tour through Karori Wildlife Sanctuary. We see Kakas and glowworms, and hear Kiwis.
